77jy (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service provider in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of 77jy's services and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 77jy.

• Single Account: Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or IP address.

• Password Security: Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility.

If false information is provided during registration, 77jy reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit the balance. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts and their balances will be forfeited.

77jy supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 200.
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Withdrawal Time: Processing is typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Same Payment Method: It is recommended to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals.

77jy does not charge any transaction fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges, for which 77jy bears no responsibility.

If there is any suspicion of fraudulent transactions or money laundering, 77jy reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals and request additional documentation. Compliance with international financial regulations is a binding obligation for us.

77jy offers a wide range of gaming options, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, Lottery, and Jackpot. While each category has its own detailed rules, certain general betting policies apply across the board.

• Bet Acceptance: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds Changes: If odds change after a bet has been accepted, the bet will be settled at the original odds.
• Technical Error: If abnormal odds are displayed due to a server or system error, the affected bets will be considered void.
• Maximum Payout: A maximum payout applies to each bet and game, as specified on the relevant page.
• Match Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be fully refunded.

In live betting, odds may change based on real-time data. Live bets are always settled at the current odds. Any bets placed during a technical interruption will be reviewed afterwards.

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable to new members on their first deposit only. Available once only.
• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, a specified number of bets must be placed (typically ranging from 1x to 30x).
• Validity Period: Each bonus has an expiry date, after which it will be automatically cancelled.

77jy is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's information
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
• Placing bets using software, bots, or any automated method
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems
• Collusion or gaining unfair advantages as a group
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose
• Match fixing or betting using insider information

If any such criminal activity is identified, 77jy reserves the right to report it to the relevant authorities. All account balances and winnings will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken.

77jy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any part of these Terms & Conditions is violated
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information
• Inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)
• By court order or government directive
• If a member requests to close their own account

To close your account, email support@77jy.ws. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before closure, unless forfeiture applies due to a breach of terms.

77jy believes that betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. Responsible gaming is a core part of our values, and we want every member to have a healthy and enjoyable experience.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Betting Limits: You can set or reduce your betting limits at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: You can take a break from the platform for anywhere between 30 days and permanently, whenever you need.
• Reality Check: Regular reminders will help you keep track of how long you have been playing.
